1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Vigelia platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform provides cybersecurity awareness and training resources for:
Individuals (advice, best practices, educational modules, and assessments).
Companies (training programs, prevention tools).

3. User Account

Creation: Some features require creating an account (e.g., access to paid training).
Responsibility: You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of violation of these terms.
Companies: The account administrator ensures that users associated with their organization comply with these terms.
Individuals: Sharing a paid account is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

The content (texts, videos, quizzes, etc.) is the property of Sécurité Info Services Inc. or its partners and is protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.
Permitted use: Personal or internal professional consultation.
Prohibitions: Reproduction, commercial distribution, or modification without written authorization.
License: Paid access grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content.
Sanctions: Any circumvention of restrictions (e.g., sharing login credentials) will result in immediate termination.

5. Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Quebec Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. We collect:
Login data (e.g., IP address)
Account information (e.g., name, email)
Training data (tracking module completion)

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides general cybersecurity guidance but does not guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.
Sécurité Info Services Inc. is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.
The Platform cannot be held liable for damages arising from cyberattacks after using our training.
The guidance provided does not constitute legal advice.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Payment Terms

Secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, or other methods displayed at checkout.
Automatic billing for recurring subscriptions (if applicable).

7.2 Refunds

Individual courses: Refund within 14 days if the content has not been accessed.
Subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time; no refund for the current period.

7.3 Taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable Quebec taxes (GST/QST).

8. Termination

By the user: Unsubscribe via the dashboard.
By the Platform: In case of a violation of these terms, without refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the province.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the new terms take effect.
